PURPOSE:To prevent the operation failure of a print key by starting the copying operation using only a copying machine as well as the copying operation using an ADF by the single print key. CONSTITUTION:An automatic original carrying device ADF200 is set to a copying machine 100, and they are interlocked with each other to execute copying operations. It is detected by a switch SW1 that the ADF200 is connected electrically to the body of the copying machine 100 and is installed in a prescribed position, controls of the ADF200 and the copying machine 100 are related to each other to make operations in the ADF mode possible. In the ADF mode, if a print key PSW is operated when it is detected by a sensor SE3 that an original is set on tray 203, the ADF200 starts the operation while the copying machine 100 is held in the holding state, and the copying operation is started. |
