PURPOSE:To minimize loss in the material in such a way that at the same time as two sheet lot of plate substrates are driven out of the element, the lower edges are formed to be provided with legs by bisecting the central side part by sinuated cutting line. CONSTITUTION:Two sheet lot of base plate 2, 3 are formed by die cut from an element 12. When die cut, the lower edges 7, 8 of the base plate 2, 3 are cut along the cutting line 4 which is sinuated at the central side part. By doing so, the lower edges 7, 8 can be provided with legs 5, 6 of the base plate 2, 3, which eliminate loss in the element 12 by cutting. These base plate 2, 3 provide central lattices 13, rib- shaped outer frame parts 14, lugs 10, 11, which are formed at the same time with said die cutting or by cutting before or after that. |
