SOLDERING JIG

PURPOSE:To perform surely heating and positioning of an electrode and electric wire by providing the 1st end face part which can contact the electrode to the top end of a jig and the 2nd end face part which has the space approximately equal to the diamter of the electric wire to the 1st end face part. CONSTITUTION:The 1st end face part 22 which can contact an electrode 17 and the 2nd end face part 24 having such a step which sandwiches an electric wire 18 between said face and the electrode 17 to the end face 22 are provided to the top end 21 of a soldering jig 20. The jig 20 is lowered onto the wire 18 placed on the electrode 17 and the electrode 17 is pressed and heated by the 1st end face part 22; at the same time the 2nd end part 24 presses and heats the wire 18 so as to sandwich the wire 18 between said part and the electrode 17. Solder 19 is supplied when the electrode 17 and the wire 18 attain the soldering temp., by which the electrode and the wire are soldered. The electrode and wire are thus heated and positioned surely and the automation of the soldering is made possible.
