PURPOSE:To attain smooth bumpless changeover by providing tracking performance to the manual position or the tracking performance in a direction to decrease the deviation between the manual position and a high-order device so as to attain bumpless changeover. CONSTITUTION:Suppose that only a manual/auto changeover switch 57 is changed over from the manual position M to the automatic position A a relay R1 is energized, a normally closed contact r13 is opened, a normally opened contact r11 is closed, a normally closed contact r12 is opened and normally opened contact r13 is closed. As a result, only a relay X is energized and a contact X1 is closed. Then an output of a local setting device 64 at a point of a time of changeover from the manual position M to the automatic position A of the switch 57 becomes an input to a master setting device 52A via the contact X1. The master setting device 52A transmits a signal to a local device by using the input as a start point. Then the local device follows to the master setting device. When a switch 58 or 59 is changed over from the M to the A, the master setting device follows similarly a value at changeover. |
