PURPOSE:To facilitate the discrimination of troubles of individual power source units at parallel operation time by decreasing the potential of an output voltage detection signal of the unit when the secondary side voltage of a high frequency transformer decreases. CONSTITUTION:A potential decreasing circuit 26 is provided at the secondary side of a high frequency transformer 13. The circuit 26 has diodes 27, 28 for rectifying a voltage generated at the secondary winding N2 of the transformer 13, a capacitor 29 charged with charge through the diodes 27, 28, a resistor 30 for dicharging the charge stored in the capacitor 29, and a reverse current preventing diode 31. The circuit 26 decreases the output voltage detection signal input to the inverting input terminal of an operational amplifier 24 when the secondary side voltage of the transformer 13 decreases. When the inverter 12 becomes defective, an inverter stop detector 19 is operated. |
