PURPOSE:To attain suitable control of a device to be controlled independently of external noise and radio wave noise by controlling remotely the device to be controlled from a voice input device unit via a controller. CONSTITUTION:When a driver utters a control key word, the sound wave is collected by a sound collection circuit 35, the wave is amplified and added and transmitted to a voice recognition circuit 5 as a waveform signal. The voice recognition circuit 5 applies waveform analysis and recognizing processing so as to identify to which control item of a key word the voice waveform corresponds. The result of discrimination is changed into a coded signal suitable for optical transmission by a coding circuit 36, converted into an optical signal by a light emitting element 37 and projected externally. The optical signal L is received by a photodetector 39, an output from the detector 39 is decoded into a code corresponding to the control item of the result of voice recognition by a decoding circuit 40, the result is fed to a control circuit 41 so as to control the device to be controlled by voice. |
