PURPOSE:To prevent outflow of a molten metal and to simplify the titled device by passing air to the Venturi passage provided to dies and evacuating the inside of the cavity by making use of the negative pressure generated in the Venturi. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 3 is formed of a stationary die 1 and a movable die 2. A Venturi 4 is provided at the boundary surfaces of both dies 1, 2 and air is supplied from an air feeder 8 via a conduit 9 into an introducing path 5. A negative pressure is generated in the Venturi in the mid-way where the air is released through the path 5 and a lead-out path 5 into the atm. The air in the cavity 3 is therefore sucked through a suction path 10. The outflow problem of the molten metal from the passage 10 is eliminated by the above-mentioned method and since the cavity is exacuated by the simple air feeder 8 and the Venturi 4, etc., maintenance is easy. |
