PURPOSE:To reduce the entire actuator by energizing a sensor coil by a high frequency current, and composing a differential transformer of an eddy current loss detecting type, thereby containing the sensor coil in a power coil. CONSTITUTION:A sensor core 2 is formed of a nonmagnetic conductive material, and a sensor coil 4 is formed smaller in diameter than a power coil 3. The entire length of the coil 4 is partly disposed in the coil 3. The coil 4 is energized by a high frequency current. When the core 2 moves in the coil 4, an output voltage proportional to the displacement of the core 2 is generated at the coil 4. |
