PURPOSE:To monitor accurately and speedily the leak of pressure gas by providing detection parts for pressure and temperature and an electronic circuit part, and allowing the circuit part to calculate the difference between direction inputs of the detection parts and stored data on the temperature-pressure relation of gas. CONSTITUTION:A pressure gas container (b) is filled with the gas and the temperature and pressure value at this time are inputted to and stored in data memory 9 by the initial setting input part 11 of the electronic circuit 4 through both pressure and temperature detection parts 2 and 3. If there is a leak of the gas in the container (b), pressure variation and temperature are inputted to the circuit 4 and sent from an analog multiplexer 5 to an analog digital converter 6 and a microprocessor 7; and data in arithmetic control program memory 8 and the data memory 9 are analyzed and compared to detect and sends the leakage to a warning device. Consequently, the reliability of the facilities is increased and maintenance control is carried out effectively. |
