PURPOSE:To enhance the sureness of reservation service and prevent ineffective holding of channels due to reservation by looking in the idle state of a line at intervals of a certain time within the range of reservation acceptance limit time and obtaining a required number of reserved channels. CONSTITUTION:The idle state of the line is looked in at a period of a reservation time unit t=15min, and a maximum value of the number of reserved channels till the time after 30min is obtained from a reservation information file, and a channel acquisition regulating value N1 at a present time T1 is set. If the number of idle channels is smaller than the number of reserved channels when a call in service at terminated between the time T1 and a time T3, the pertinent channel is used for a reserved call; and when the number of idle channels is equal to or larger than the number of channels required for reserved calls, excess channels are used for immediate calls. When a reserved call is started (at a period of 15min), a controller 31 compares the number of reserved channels in the pertinent period of reservation information file with the number of idle channels; and if the number of idle channels is smaller, an immediate call for which service is continued for >=30min is disconnected from a network, and the channel is used for a reserved call. |
