The invention relates to a supporting device for holding installation apparatuses, which supporting device is provided with outwardly projecting contact terminals (10, 11, 12) for connecting the internally located busbars (7, 8, 9) to the busbars (13, 14, 15). Of the three contact terminals (10, 11, 12), which are constructed as terminal claws, only the central contact terminal (11) is arranged in a fixed manner, while the two outer contact terminals (10 and 12) are displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the supporting device so that matching to busbar systems of different dimensions is possible. The supporting device consists essentially of a flat lower part (1), which holds the three contact terminals (10, 11, 12) and the busbars (7, 8, 9), and of a flat upper part (3), which is screwed detachably to the lower part (1) and on which a supporting rail (5) is arranged for retention of the installation apparatuses, for example of a protection circuit breaker (6). <IMAGE>
