PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of an operator and reduce the generation rate of copy failures by providing a circuit which sets forcibly a mode setting means to the automatic exposure mode when a magnification selecting switch is operated. CONSTITUTION:An automatic exposure mode selecting switch SW4 and a manual exposure mode selecting switch SW5 are connected to a set terminal S4 and a reset terminal R4 of an exposure mode setting keep relay RL4 respectively. When the keep raley RL4 is set, the automatic exposure mode is set; and when the keep relay RL4 is reset, the manual exposure mode is set. An automatic exposure mode setting circuit 1 consists of diodes D10-D12 connected to magnification setting switches SW1-SW3 respectively; and when one of these setting switches is operated, the exposure mode is set forcibly independently of classification of the exposure mode, and a copying machine is set to the automatic exposure mode. |
