PURPOSE:To obtain the titled corrugated gear which is excellent in its productivity for forming a corrugated fin having a good dimension accuracy by constituting it so that a fin base material is pressed and formed between rubber provided on the tooth bottom of a louver blade, and a crest part of the opposed louver blade. CONSTITUTION:In a pair of upper and lower corrugated gears 9c, d formed by laminating plural louver blades 13A, B which have formed louver forming cutting edges 13a, b for forming a louver in a flat part of a bent fin base material, on a tooth form for bending the fin base material to a continuous waveform, an urethane rubber 15 is fitted into a groove 16 pierced in a row along the tooth bottom of the respective louver blades 13A, B, so as to protrude to the outside peripheral side from its tooth form. By bending an Al material 7 of the fin base material by engaging the tooth forms of the corrugated gears 9c, d of said constitution, the Al material 7 is pressed and bent between the rubber 15 of said tooth bottom and the crest part of the opposed tooth form, and a corrugated fin which is excellent in a dimension accuracy of the formed crest shape is obtained. |
