PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a part of nonlinear resistor by changing the on/off state of a semiconductor element at each prescribed time or at each prescribed number of times. CONSTITUTION:In a parallel type shift register 17, a signal to an input I1 is outputted to an output O1 at first and a signal at each input is outputted in a way of I2 O2, I3 O3 and I4 O4 and the on/off signal is transmitted to semiconductor elements 121-124. When the register 17 receives a clock from a clock generator 18, the signal at the input I1 is transmitted to the O2 and the signal is shifted similarly as I2 O3, I3 O4 and I4 O1. As a result, the off-command is given to elements 121, 123 and 124 and the on-command is transmitted to the element 122. When the register 17 receives the clock, the signal is shifted similarly as I1 O3, I2 O4, I3 O1 and I4 O2. The power loss of nonlinear resistors 125-128 connected in parallel with the elements 121-124 is made uniform by changing the on/off state of the elements 121-124 at each prescribed time in this way. |
