An ionic dust collector purifies the air of dust using a negative- positive ion emission instead of a pairs-collecting pole or a negative ion emission. The apparatus comprises a negative pole (NP), which is connected to the voltage-multiplying rectifier (Rf1); a positive pole (PP), which is connected to a second voltage- multiplying rectifier (Rf2) ; oscillators (OS1, OS2); and a multivibrator (MV), which controls the oscillation period of the oscillators (OS1, OS2).
