PURPOSE:To supply additive agent steadily by connecting the discharge part of a double port rotary valve with a mixer and always cutting the 1st inlet off the 2nd inlet by a vane in the rotary valve. CONSTITUTION:A double port rotary valve 7 provides many vanes 23 rotating in a casing 22, the vanes 23 are fixed on the central axis 24 supported by the casing 22 and driven at a low speed. The clearance between each vane 23 and the inside of the casing 22 is so small that air lock is possible and at least one of the vane 23 shall be found between the 1st and the 2nd inlet 9. Base resin is supplied at a constant volume from the constant volumetric feeder 1 into the rotary vane 7 through the shoot pipe 3, the 1st inlet 8. Accordingly, the additive does not flow into the shoot pipe 4 but can be supplied smoothly. |
