PURPOSE:To continuously filter magnetic particles from a fluid containing the same, by moving magnetic particles collected by a magnetic fine wire to a first flowline side by fluid resistance and separating the same from said magnetic fine wire. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic fine wires 13 are magnetized by a magnetic field in a Z-axis direction and a liquid containing magnetic particles flowed into a filter container is flowed through the flowlines formed by flat plates 10 in parallel to the above mentioned fine wires as shown by the arrow V and collected by the above mentioned magnetic fine wires 13 while magnetic particles fed thereabove are flowed into first openings 11 by fluid resistance force along with a part of a liquid containing magnetic particles. In this case, because magnetic intensity is reduced in the Y-axis direction in the first openings, magnetic particles in the first openings are easily separated from the above mentioned fine wires 13 by fluid resistance force and flowed into common openings 12 and discharged from the filter container through a discharge line 15.
