PURPOSE:To make various operations performable in succession, by gathering a series of devices such as a support block, a clamping device, a drilling device, a clip setting device, a clip feeder and a sequential transfer device together into one unit. CONSTITUTION:A support block 10a holds a long work material. A clamping device 20 clamps the work material held on the support block 10a. Each operating jig part of a drilling device and a clip setting device is set up in die set 30, while a die set driving device 80 is set up as each driving part for the drilling device and the clip setting device. The die set 30 consists of a fixed die plate 31, guide posts 35 and 37 guiding a movable die plate 33 and a die plate 33 and return springs 39 and 41. In addition, a clip feeder 60 feeds the clip setting device with clips, and a sequential transfer device 70 transfers a movable plate 75 to a machining position of the work material. |
