PURPOSE:To hold a charging data, and to prevent a drop of a battery function by accumulating the information being in a memory of a switchboard, in an external storage device, and stopping an output of a power source, when a DC power source and an indoor environmental condition have reached a critical value. CONSTITUTION:A portable type switchboard 3 contained in a container 1 is connected to a master station switchboard 2 by a trunk line, contains a subscriber 4, and provided with a commercial power source 5, a service interruption time backup use battery 6, a monitor device 8, an additional device 14 and a fault transfer device 15. The monitor device 8 is provided with a sensor part 9, a system stop request signal generating relay 10, a magnetic tape dump relay 11, and a timer 12, and when a sensor detecting value reaches a critical value, a magnetic tape dump is requested to the switchboard 3, a charging data, etc. are recorded in a magnetic tape, also fault information is transferred to the master station switchboard, the system stop request signal generating relay 10 is operated, and after a prescribed time of the timer 12, the system is stopped. |
