A number of basic frequencies are selected so that the loudspeaker has a comparatively high degree of effect, although the risk is present that the relative position between the frequency response curve and the selected frequencies is alterable on the basis of other factors. The frequencies are sampled in accordance with a predetermined programme, controlled with the use of a micro-processor connected to and controlling the tone generator. - Sampling is periodical, where the first frequency is the lowest and the third frequency is the highest, the second frequency lying between them. The time period during which each frequency is sampled must be at least of the same length as a period of the lowest frequency, and a sliding transition between frequencies is used. |
