DISTRIBUTIONAL INJECTOR OF MOLDING MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To distribute and inject liquid resin simultaneously and equally into each molding hole by connecting each molding hole of a mold having a plurality of molding holes and compression supply source filled with liquid resin with flexible tubes having respectively equal length. CONSTITUTION:Each injecting nozzle 14 of the mold 1 having a great number of molding holes 7 for molding the key tops of a key board etc. and the cylinder 10 filled with liquid resin (a compression supply source) are connected with flexible tubes 17 of an equal length. As the fluid resistance of each tube is equal the discharge speed of liquid resin is equal and makes equal resin distribution to each molding hole possible.
