PURPOSE:To obtain high-degree production yield and reliability by connecting a functional block on a substrate and a control circuit by a bus forming a closed circuit and further a matrix-shaped or reticulate bus. CONSTITUTION:The tips of pectinate buses are connected mutually to shape 5C2 closed circuits. Even when the buses are disconnected at a point A, signals are transmitted and received from the left buses in functional blocks on the left from the point A and from the right buses in functional blocks on the right from the point, thus resulting in no trouble in the whole function. When the buses are disconnected at two points on split buses, however, blocks between two points cannot be used. When the buses are formed to a latticed manner and intersections are connected mutually, there is no trouble even when the buses are disconnected within a short distance (l) corresponding to a lattice pitch, and not only probability of which the buses are disconnected at two points within such a short distance (l) is further reduced but also the buses must be disconnected simultaneously at A-D in order to bring functional blocks to an unusable state and probability is far more reduced. According to the constitution, the deterioration of production yield and reliability due to the disconnection of the buses can be prevented. |
