<p>Compounds having general formula I <CHEM> wherein X is a bivalent, saturated or unsaturated, aliphatic or cycloaliphatic hydrocarbon residue, or a bivalent aromatic residue, and their salts with pharmaceutically acceptable metals or organic bases, are described. Compounds (I) are endowed with marked antibacterial activity and their salts are characterized by a high hydrosolubility, so as to make them suited to the administration by parenteral route.</p> |
