PURPOSE:To prevent duplicated setting by using a storage device storing an input/output address corresponding to a channel as data to a channel/address converter so as to attain ease of conversion, setting/change of channel/address. CONSTITUTION:An input/output address corresponding to each channel is set by an input/output address setting device comprising of a computer 26 and a console panel 27. The system is in operation in this state. When a channel counter 21 represents the 0th channel, a corresponding input/output address signal is generated in a data bus of a channel/address converter 29. This signal is used as an address signal of the data converter 29 to access an input/output address group used exclusively by the channel and a serial data is outputted to the channel. Further, a duplication setting detector comprising the computer 26 and the panel 27 is operated before system operation and displays the input/ output address set duplicatedly to prevent runaway of the device in advance. |
