PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of the titled tank by omitting a pump, by providing a liquid extruding air bag inflating through the supply of air in the tank. CONSTITUTION:Drains in a non-combustible gas supply pipe 20 and a crude oil gas exhaust pipe 21 are introduced into traps 24, 25 through drain pipes 22, 23 to separate the gaseous components therein and introduced into a tank main body 1. The gas in the tank 1 is guided to an activated carbon sealed vessel 53 from gas passing orifices 19 provided to the spacer 18 of an air bag 2 and exhausted from an exhaust pipe 29. When the liquid level of the drain reaches a max. one, the high alarm provided to the liquid level meter 51 of a liquid level detection pipe 31 is operated and the inflow of the drain to the tank is stopped while plant air is supplied into the air bag 2 from an air pipe 32 through an air access pipe 30 to pressurize the drain which is, in turn, returned to an oil-containing water pipe 34 through a drain access pipe 26 and a drain return pipe to be sent to a recovered oil tank 56.
