PURPOSE:To reduce production cost, by forming the housing of a pump mechanism so as to integrally mount a trigger and a cylinder to said housing while integrally forming a nozzle to the trigger. CONSTITUTION:The engagement of engagement part 64, 70 is released and, subsequently, a lock bar 68 is revolved around a hinge 66 to a counterclockwise direction to grasp a protruded part 74 in the slit 72 of a housing. By this structure, the revolution of a trigger 22 is not obstructed by the lock bar 68. When the trigger 22 is rotated to a counterclockwise direction, it is revolved around a hinge 30 against the bias force of a compression spring 62. Whereupon, a piston 22 is pushed in a cylinder 18 is correspondence with the revolution of the trigger 22 and the volume of a pressure chamber 28 is reduced. A nozzle 34 is connected to the housing 16 through a hinge 36 and can be moved horizontally without being revolved corresponding to the revolution of the trigger 22.
