PURPOSE:To reduce an image memory capacity without deteriorating a processing speed by executing a write/read-out cell designation to a memory through the first and the second specified address converting means. CONSTITUTION:A logical space corresponding to an image memory 10 having a storage capacity of one page portion is divided into cell units so as to be accessible, and with respect to a logical cell address through a selector 13, an real cell address on the memory 10 is assigned to an FIFO memory 16 of a first in first out system by address converting memories 11, 12, and also made transferable to the memory 10. In this state, when reading out a data of the first page, the logical address passing through the selector 13 is converted by the memory 11 and read out of the memory 10, and address information is stored in the memory 16 through a selector 15. Also, when writing a data of the second page, the logical address passing through the selector 13 is converted by the memory 12, and address information is transferred to the memory 10 from the memory 16.
