of the disclosure: New pyrid-2-one derivatives of the formula I < IMG > (I) stereoimers thereof and salt thereof with a physiologically acceptable acid or base, and a process for the preparation thereof are described. The new compounds have an antiinflammatory action and can be used as antiphlogistic agents for treating rheumatic diseases.
