PURPOSE:To produce the titled device with high resoliving power and high S/N by a method wherein an electrode to supply potential for a region provided with a photoelectric converting part and a charge transmitting part and another electrode to supply potential for a change detecting part are separatedly provided. CONSTITUTION:A well is divided into three parts i.e. well 10 for drive timing generating circuit, well 11 for photoelectric converting part 2 and charge transmitting part 3 and well 12 for change detecting part 5. An electrode 14 to supply potential for a region provided with the converting part 2 and the transmitting part 3 (i.e. well 11) and another electrode 15 to supply potential for the detecting part 5 are separately provided. In case of detecting a charge, the enfluence of potential fluctuation in the wells 10, 11 especially in the well 11 may be prevented from happening to improves S/N. Through these procedures, the potentials of wells 10-12 may be entirely separated to take an additional effect having no influence of respective fluctuation upon other wells. |
