PURPOSE:To solve the card clogging state and to reduce the frequency of generating troubles by driving a feed roller with stronger torque than usual when card clogging occurs. CONSTITUTION:When a card 5 is caught in front of a roller 3 and 4 it cannot reach a detection part B; therefore a counter 7 continues counting by a pulse P1. When the counter 7 counts up, a carrier signal E is outputted, a flip-flop 9 is set and a signal level of its output signal Q changes from a zero to ''1'' level. Since the change is transmitted to a pulse control part 8, it stops an output of the pulse P1 (period: T) and transmits a pulse P2 having a period 2T instead of the pulse P1 to a drive part 10 and the counter 7. As a result, since a pulse motor M is driven by the pulse P2 having the period 2T, its torque is dramatically increased. |
