发明名称 FUEL INJECTION QUANTITY CONTROLLING METHOD OF EACH CYLINDER FOR ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED DIESEL ENGINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make an engine vibration or the like checkable even in time of engine cooling using No.2 light oil, by giving a control command to a fuel injection quantity control actuator at every cylinder according to viscosity compensation command timing corresponding to specific gravity and temperature of fuel. CONSTITUTION:An engine controller 68 detects a speed variation at every exploded cylinder with a sensor 22, and controls a spill actuator 34 of a fuel-injection pump 12 at every cylinder so as to make speed variations in each cylinder uniform and that it checks an engine vibration due to variations in a fuel injection quantity. Likewise, specific gravity and temperature of fuel are detected by a gravimeter 64 and a pump fuel temperature sensor 58, finding the viscosity compensation command timing, and according to this timing, the controller gives a control command to the spill actuator 34 at every cylinder. Therefore, even in time of engine cooling using such fuel as being high in viscosity of No.2 light oil or the like, a fuel injection quantity control actuator is preventable from a lag of arrival, and a vibration swell in an engine is made efficiently checkable.
