PURPOSE:To correct a range finding error accurately with simple constitution by obtaining a correction signal in response to the difference of a reflection factor of an object from a video signal. CONSTITUTION:The range finding signal corrected by a correction signal formed by a correction circuit 41 forwards/reverses a motor 16 via a motor drive circuit 24 and drives forward/reverse a helicoid ring 3 via pinion 17 and a gear 36 to a lens barrel (not shown in figure). Then the helicoid ring 3, that is, a focusing lens 2 is shifted to the left and right in the X direction so as to attain focus adjustment, a photo diode 13 is moved verticaly in the Y direction via a cam 3c and an interlocking pin 18 in interlocking with the focus adjustment and the correction circuit 41 gives a control so tht the corrected range finding signal is zeroed. |
