PURPOSE:To make possible mass production of products having high quality at a low cost by printing conductive patterns on both sides of insulating films, press-welding thermistor tips thereto and trimming the prescribed positions of the conductive patterns together with the films. CONSTITUTION:Terminal window holes 52 are formed along both sides of a film 50 at a specified pitch and the conductive patterns 54 are formed by silk printing on one surface thereof. Part or the entire part of the patterns 54 is formed of a material having relatively high resistivity and the prescribed posi tion of the patterns 54 is trimmed together with the film 50 so as to meet the resistance value of the thermistor tips 56. The tips 56 are then positioned and adhered to the top end parts of the patterns 54. Another film 50 made into exactly the same constitution is further superposed and positioned on the film 50 in such a manner that the printed surface of the patterns 54 face each other. Two sheets of the superposed films 50 are thereafter joined by thermocompression bonding to connect electrically surely the tips 56 and the patterns 54. The laminated film is then cut along dotted lines (b) to form perforations 14 and is disconnected, by which the individual probes are obtd. |
