PURPOSE:To construct a stable protecting structure on a slope, by a method wherein a form is secured to a lock bolt driven in a slope, a concrete flow-out protecting means is mounted to the side of the form, and the interior of the form is filled with concrete mortar. CONSTITUTION:After a lock bolt 2 is driven in a slope 1, a projection part 6b of a form 6 is held between the nip formed by an iron plate 3 and a press plate 7 which are both inserted through the bolt 2, and the form 6 is tightened against the bolt 2 by means of a tightening nut 8 to secure the form. A concrete flow- out protecting piece 9 is attached to a side part 6d of the form 6 by inserting a wedge 11 between the side part of the form and a form reinforcing frame 10. After concrete mortar is poured in the form 6 and cured, the wedge 11 is removed to remove the frame 10 and the flow-out protecting piece 9, the bolt 5 is unscrewed, and the press plate 7 is removed to demount the form 6. A coupling sleeve 4 is then removed from the bolt 2, and after a nut 12 is tightened against the forward end of the bolt 2 to secure a concrete block C, a recess part C' is packed with concrete mortar. |
