PURPOSE:To simplify the positioning of a pressure/electricity converter circuit to a printed circuit board and to enable the selection of the electrical connection between the pressure/electricity converter circuit and the printed circuit board, by providing a positioning pin piercing through a base stand to the cap for protecting a diaphragm type semiconductive pressure sensor chip. CONSTITUTION:A pressure/electricity converter is constituted of a diaphragm type semiconductive pressure sensor chip 1 for converting pressure to an electric signal by utilizing semiconductive piezoelectric resistance effect, a base stand 4 having a pressure sensor chip 1 mounted thereto and the cap 3 for mechanically protecting the mounting part of the pressure sensor chip 1. Positioning pins 3b, 3c piercing the base stand 4 are provided to the cap 3 to position the pressure/electricity converter to the printed circuit board of a pressure measuring apparatus. Because this positioning is simple and certain and the positioning and fixing are performed by separate members, the electrical connection surface of the pressure/electricity converter can be freely selected by the structure of the pressure measuring apparatus. |
