<p>PURPOSE:To enhance accurcy of grammatical analysis by estimating a grammatical characteristic of the word concerned which is not stored in a dictionary by means of its succeeding and preceding word or its grammatical characteristic. CONSTITUTION:Referring to the analized result of a succeeding word by a succeeding word analyzing part 5 and that of a preceding word by a preceding word analyzing part 6, a non-defined word recognition part 4 analyzes a grammatical characteristic of the word which is fed previously and not defined in a dictionary, and outputs information on its attribute. When a sentence of ''do accessing to a disk'' is inputted and a dictionary does not have ''access'', it is known that from a succeeding word, ''do'', a preceding word is to be a verb of a ''SA'' column irregular conjugation, or the unknown word is to be a noun becoming a verb in combinaion of ''do''; therefore the fact is outputted.</p> |
