<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate heat rays type air flowmeter by providing an air layer between a holder and a body and several convexes on the outer diameter of the holder to achieve an accurate positioning between the holder mounting hole on the body and the holder outer-diameter. CONSTITUTION:Convexes 17 are provided on the circumference of a holder 15 while an air layer is provided between a body 107 and the holder 15 to cut off a heat transfer due to a temperature difference between the body 107 and intake air and particularly, this enables the detection of a correct intake air temperature with a cold wire 2. Thus, even when there is a difference between the body temperature and the intake air temperature, the flow rate of mass air can be always measured at a high accuracy by an accurate temperature correction.</p> |
