摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous magnetic alloy having a small iron loss in a high frequency region by subjecting an amorphous magnetic alloy to the 1st heat treatment at a temp. between the Curie temp. and the crystallization temp. and the 2nd heat treatment at a temp. between the Curie temp. and the 1st heat treatment temp. CONSTITUTION:An amorphous magnetic alloy, especially an amorphous magnetic Fe alloy represented by the formula (where M is one or more among Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta and W, X is B or B and Si, 0<=a<=0.15, and 13<=b<=25) is subjected to the 1st heat treatment at a temp. (T1) between the Curie temp. (Tc) and the crystallization temp. (Tx) and the 2nd heat treatment at a temp. (T2) between the Curie temp. (Tc) and the temp. (T1).
