PURPOSE:To improve the reading high resolution and high reliability by inserting a light shield layer having a transparent window between a multi-fiber and a support member. CONSTITUTION:Lighting luminous fluxes 5A, 5B coming externally pass through supports 2A, 2B, reach the multi-fiber 3 via transparent window sections 8A, 8B of light shield layers 7A, 7B, transmit the multi-fiber 3 and lights up a recording face 1. Reflected lights 5A, 5B from the recording face 1 are led to adjacent individual optical fibers of the multi-fiber 3 via a lower end face 4B of the multi- fiber 4, and reach a upper end face 4A of the multi-fiber 3 through the optical fiber. Thus, the image information of a part opposite to the multi-fiber 3 on the recording face 1 is led to the upper end face 4a of the multi-fiber 3.
