PURPOSE:To eliminate clamping plates used for keeping an iron-core to a rectangular shape and a large force required for forcing in an inside core-metal by specifying the constitution of core-metals in the titled device for inserting the outside and inside core- metals to the inside of a circular iron-core. CONSTITUTION:Outside core-metals 14, 14' for pressing having each three lines of engaging longitudinal-grooves 14a, 14b formed into taper shapes are inserted, by directing their flat faces to the outside to the inside of an oval iron-core 11a deformed by pressing a circular iron-core from its outsides by a hydraulic press, etc. Next, inside core- metals 15, 15 having trapezoidal-sheet shapes are engaged with the grooves 14a and forced into the grooves 14a at the same time. At that time, the front end in the forcing- in direction of metal 15 is formed into the narrower width, and the inclination angles of its both sides are made to coincide with those of the groove 14a. And the inclination angle of metal 15 i.e. the vertex angle 2alpha is set to phi>alpha (phi is an angle of friction). Accordingly, the metal 15 is forced into the groove 14a with a small force, and the iron- core 11a is formed into an approximately rectangular shape by the metal 15, and the metal 15 can not be extracted from the outside metals. Successively, a core-metal 15a, only the lateral width of which is longer than that of the metal 15 is forced into the groove 14a to extract the metals 15 from the metals 14.
