Foot support with a step plate 1, which is mounted on its lower side with two hinged frames of pipes 2, 3 as foundation and is dimensioned such that one of them 2 can freely swing around the other 3. The frames are opposite hinges on the step plate, outfitted with a locking pawl 6 with holes 7 and a pin 8, respectively, fitting into the holes of the locking pawl. In this way, the frames can be secured at the desired distance. The foot support is adjustable in height by varying said distance between the frames by selecting a hole in the locking pawl 6. The foot support is adjustable in angle thanks to tight friction in the hinges between the frames 2, 3 and the step plate 1. <IMAGE>
