Solid powders(9) are continuously and uniformly discharged from a storaging hopper(1) having discharging equipment(5), a pressurizing valve(3), and a pressure relief valve(4) that does not produce a funnel effect. High pressure in (1) is maintained by manipulating the air pressures of (3) and (4). The pressure in (1) is maintained at less than the internal pressure of the solid bed by manipulating(3) with a pressure controller(8), operating with the pressure signal delivered from the pressure transducer(7).
