PURPOSE:A coating compound composition for electrically-conductive plastic sheet, providing a film having improved transparency, hardness, solvent resistance, etc., having no reduction in electrical conductivity even by washing with water, comprising a silicone thermosetting resin as a coating compound binder and fine powder of tin oxide as electrically-conductive powder. CONSTITUTION:The desired coating compound composition comprising (A) a coating compound binder having a silicone thermosetting resin [condensate obtained by hydrolysis (cohydrolysis) of compound such as preferably shown by the formula R<1>Si(OR<2>)3, formula Si(OR<2>)4, formula RnSiX4-n (n is 1-3), etc. as a main compound, and (B) electrically-conductive powder having tin oxide having <=0.2mu average particle diameter in a weight ratio of the component A:B of preferably 100:50-400. The coating compound is applied to a plastic sheet or plate such as polyethylene terephthalate, polycarbonate, poly(meth)acrylate, etc. to form a film with <=10mu thickness on it, and the plastic sheet or plate is buffed to give an electrically-conductive sheet or plate.
