PURPOSE:To improve joining characteristic by applying oil on a work of irradiated face side of a laser beam and then working. CONSTITUTION:A proper quantity of oil 9 is applied on a work 2 of irradiated side by opening and closing of a solenoid valve 12 through a pressing plate 6. Materials to be worked 2 and 3 are fixed at specified positions on a jig 11 by guide pins. Joining is made by irradiating converged laser beam on the face on which oil is applied. By this method, lustrous joining free from oxidation is performed, and stable joining characteristic that does not cause excessive melting and defect of perforation can be ensured. |
