PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of malfunction by bringing the timing when an input signal is shaped and outputted at a time after signal change and elapsed prescribed time of a timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:An output signal 21 of a buffer circuit 10 is inputted to a clock terminal of a flip-flop 11 and also a clock terminal of a flip-flop 15, and one or both the flip-flops 11, 15 are set and the output of the flip-flops 11, 15 is inputted to an OR circuit 16. An output signal 23 is outputted at a set time DELTAt after the reset of a timer circuit 12 is released. The flip-flops 11, 15 are reset by the signal 23 and a flip-flop 13 is set. The flip-flops 11, 15 are kept reset until the timer circuit 12 is reset again. Thus, since the input state of noise is not continued at an output of the signal 23, no malfunction takes place. |
