PURPOSE:To prevent red tide caused by a feed for fish, by adding a garlic, ginger, seaweed enzyme, etc. to an animal or vegetable protein. CONSTITUTION:A garlic and a ginger peeled in a peeling device 1 are charged into a hopper 2' of a mixer 2, cut by rotating blades 4 at the tip of a screw conveyor, converted into a paste form in a rotating crusher 5 connected to a nozzle 4', fed to a kneader 7 and masticated with rotating blades 8. An animal or vegetable protein is added from a mixer and puluverizer 13, and grains are added from a hopper 11 to the masticated material. A sweetener, salt, preservative, germicide, enzyme, effective germ and seaweed are added from a hopper 12 to the masticated material to masticate the resultant material. The masticated material is if necessary molded and dried at a low temperature under reduced pressure to give the aimed fish feed. The resultant fish feed is then sprinkled over seashore for cultured fish and ponds, etc. |
