PURPOSE:To allow the automation of assembly even when a panel material collapses by providing a positioning means receiving the separated panel material and adjusting its position at a position on a convey path where a mechanical hand releases the panel material and re-grasps it. CONSTITUTION:After a robot is operated to convey a panel material P on a positioning table I, an adsorption head is released to separate the panel material P, which is mounted on a support pin 23. Here, the panel member P is set displaced from the positioning unit I due to its collapse. Next, a piston rod 33 is retreated, an arm 26 is swayed toward the center of the table section 22a of a support table, thereby movable pieces 25 push the outer periphery of both ends of the panel material P from two directions, and the panel material P is moved on the support pins 23 and is pressed to fixed pieces 24. Accordingly, the panel material P is restricted and held by the fixed pieces 24 and the movable pieces 25 from four directions and is positioned at the predetermined position against the positioning unit I, and the hand can re-grasp the panel material P at the predetermined position. |
