PURPOSE:To assure the dynamic parallel of a working surface by forming a liquid-sealed equalizing chamber to at least one of a pressure receiving frame and movable table and supporting the working surface via said chamber. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-sealed equalizing chamber 32 meeting the size of a working surface 10 is formed between a working table 33 and a movable body 34. The table 33 is therefore made to serve as a floating plate. If a pressing operation is executed by upper and lower dies 23, 24 by driving upward the table 31, the pressure exerted to the lower die 24 is automatically acted via the oil in the chamber 32 in the perpendicular direction of the table 33, by which the table is supported by the thoroughly equally distributed liquid pressure. The chamber 32 assures the dynamic parallel of the working surfaces 9, 10 of the pressure receiving frame and the movable table in the above-mentioned way. |
