PURPOSE:To secure a transmitting function of a pulse integration value by remotely supervising a station to be controlled having a pulse integreation function from a control station and changing over a talk between the controlling and the controlled stations after limiting the continuous talk time to a certain time. CONSTITUTION:A pulse signal input 9 is inputted to a pulse integration circuit 8 at the inside of a slave station remote controlling device 2 and an integration value is inputted to a modulator 7. When a switching device 14 is set to the remote-control side, the value is transmitted to a demodulator 6 at the inside of a master station remote controller 1 through a transmission line 15. In addition, the controller outputs a pulse signal from a pulse differential circuit 5 and actuates a pulse counter 4. When the changeover device 14 is set to the talk side, the channel is connected between a master station a telephone circuit 3 and a slave station telephone circuit 3. A supervisory timer 10 supevises the continuous-use time of a switching talk, and when the timer 10 approaches a limit time determined by the integration functional storage capacity of the circuit 8 and the pulse signal's pulse rate, the device output a reset signal 12 and forcibly changes over the changeover device 14 from talk side to remote side, thus securing the pulse integration value's transmitting function to enable a switching talk. |
