PURPOSE:In preserving tissue plasminogen activator, or carrying out operation such as separation and purification, freezing and melting, etc., to assist efficiently the titled dissolution, by adding lysine to an aqueous solution of tissue plasminogen activator. CONSTITUTION:Lysine having >=1mM, preferably >=5mM and <= saturated solubility is added to an aqueous solution of tissue plasminogen activator, to assist dissolution of tissue plasminogen activator. pH of the aqueous solution of tissue plasminogen activator containing lysine is 3-11, preferably 6-11, and preferably kept by buffering wish sodium phosphate, etc. The lysine-containing solution is preserved at 0-30 deg.C, preferably at 0-10 deg.C in a solution state directly, or separation and purification, concentration, lyophilization, etc. are carried out. |
